Fluid Bag FLEXI, is a versatile and flexible IBC for long distance transport of industrial liquids and semi-solids

Fluid-Bag FLEXI (1000 or 900 l) is the option for an intermediate container for a single trip, and includes an inner bag, the transport bag and a wooden pallet. The disposable inner bag of the FLEXI IBC container is always clean, does not require maintenance or cleaning.
The outer bag and pallet can be easily disposed of and expensive transportation of empty IBCs, barrels or drums can be avoided.

The advantages of Fluid-Bag

Fluid-Bag bulk packaging can achieve the lowest levels of residues among the IBCs on the market, with product residues starting from 0.5% (depending on the viscosity of the product).
The use of flexible Fluid-Bag containers means avoid unnecessary waste in the production process and make the most of every drop of product.
Fluid-Bag is a closed containment system.
Being flexible there is no need to introduce air into the container, thus avoiding the risk of contamination by particles, bacteria, humidity or other external agents.
The container offers reliable protection, thanks to excellent multi-layer barrier characteristics.
In this way the quality of the transported liquid/semi-solid always remains constant. We offer different inner bags to suit your products: alternative liner combinations are available to meet specific needs.

Safety and environment

Safety is a priority at Fluid-Bag.
Each inner container is inspected and leak tested.
Fluid-Bag is constructed with the minimum amount of packaging material: The standard 1000 l inner bag contains approximately 4.7 kg of plastic.

Compared to other types of rigid IBCs, the amount of packaging plastic used for Fluid-Bag is significantly less.
