There Fluid-Bag stretching station It is a versatile unit that can be used both for filling and unloading of a flexible Fluid-Bag unit (MULTI or FLEXI).

THE low viscosity industrial liquid products can be unloaded from the FLEXI or MULTI flexible packaging with the Fluid-Bag stretching station.
The inner bag is extended to a height of about two meters with the station.
During filling, the weight of the material causes the internal bag to drop to its maximum capacity.

The Fluid-Bag winding device It is used for one easy and efficient liquid discharge from the flexible MULTI unit (for multiple trips and with metal base).
The device mounts above the flexible unit/packaging on the poles.
It's really easy to use:
- The operator connects the device to the upper inlet of the unit's internal bag
- start wrapping with the wheel to create tension
- The tension stretches the internal bag until the end of the discharge procedure, ensuring completion with minimal residue levels.
For the discharge of liquids, the MULTI winding device is a robust, economical and convenient solution, made of electro-galvanized steel. This device does not require compressed air or electrical power.

The semi-automatic unloading station can be incorporated into both new and existing production and packaging processes.
Residue levels after discharge are 0.5-1%.
How it works
Gravity discharge of viscous liquids is impractical.
The Fluid-Bag semi-automatic unloading station, combined with a suction pump, makes the unloading of viscous products practical and effective.
The discharge rollers lengthen the container and help clean the inside of the container sheet.
The discharge roller must always be combined with a pump, because it is the vacuum created by the pump that empties the container.

Operation and Compatibility
The roller unloading station extends the inner flexible container and the rollers help to clean the inside of the container sheet. The device must always be combined with a pump, because it is the vacuum created by the pump that empties the container.

There Fluid-Bag PowerbagPress station It is based on a smarter, faster and easier management concept of very high viscosity industrial products.
This powerful discharge device is the answer to the market needs for better discharge efficiency, less material residues and faster material flow when dealing with liquid or semi-solid products with very high viscosity.
How it works
A torsional movement of more than 100 kN, combined with the high physical resistance of the Fluid-Bag inner container, makes the discharge of extremely viscous and semi-solid contents possible, practical and efficient.
Under normal circumstances, depending on the type of discharge outlet and connections, the residual material in the containers may be 0.5%.
Even contents classified as solids can be discharged at rates in excess of 3000 kg/h without any pumps.
Advanced automation is managed on a touch screen, minimizing the need for supervision.
Compatibility
Built-in control systems enable the integration of PowerbagPress with the pumping function and with both new and existing production and packaging processes.

The TAU XTRACTOR device (patent pending) uses a completely new method to Drain grease from Fluid-Bag flexible containers, optimizing the benefits for environments where heavy work is performed.
How it works
The device grabs the Fluid-Bag's internal bag, squeezes it forcefully and pushes out all the grease, leaving approximately 2% of residue inside.
The main purpose of the machine is assist the unloading process ensuring that the material is always fed into the bag outlet.
The TAU XTRACTOR exhaust device is completely enclosed behind security steel doors, protecting it from unauthorised access during use, damage to internal components and shielding it from external elements.
To ensure safe use the entire unit is interlocked.
